One week before your appointment, take care of important business:
Make sure you have mailed a check to the following address:

Make sure you have completed all questionnaires using the link provided to you via
email.
Within 24 hours of your appointment, get your body and your brain ready for testing:
Be sure to get a good night’s sleep the night before your appointment.
Avoid things like excessive alcohol the night prior to your appointment
Avoid excessive caffeine on the day of your appointment
Have a good breakfast on the day of testing so that you will be able to perform at
your best during the entire evaluation.
On the day of your appointment, prepare your space for testing
Please make sure you have your eyeglasses, hearing aids, or prosthetic devices that
you might use ready and with you at the time of testing.
Make sure your computer, laptop, or tablet is located in a private space where you
will not be distracted or interrupted by others. You should be able to close the door
and be alone in the room, without people or pets.
Make sure you can sit at a table or a desk during testing.
Make sure you have space on the table or the desk for a piece of paper (preferably
a sheet of paper that is 8.5 x 11 inches; if that is not possible, then at least 5.5
x 8.5 inches).
Make sure you have a pencil or a pen with you by your computer.
If your computer makes a ding when emails or other messages arrive, can you change
the settings to remove the ding for the period of time we’ll be conducting the assessment?
