Research Interests
Broadly speaking, my research goals are focused on understanding the biosocial impact of transition points throughout the lifespan (e.g., birth, puberty, young adulthood) on emotionally dysregulated individuals, particularly those engaging in self-injurious behaviors. Through the lens of developmental psychopathology, I am specifically examining how these transition points both mitigate and exacerbate emotion regulation, evidenced by peripheral psychophysiological markers.
