Departmental Honors Thesis: Phase 5 Application

Please list all Psychology electives that you have taken or anticipate taking in order to satisfy 9 units of Psychology Honors electives.

This includes any Honors section of a PSY class or any 5000 or 6000 level course. List the Course #, Description, Semester, Year, and the Grade you received.

The faculty member who has agreed to supervise your thesis should send a brief e-mail to the departmental honors advisor to confirm this arrangement and to indicate that s/he has read and approved your honors thesis proposal. This e-mail is due by the same deadline as this thesis proposal application.
