Recording Studio

General Overview

The recording studio is part of the 9th floor suite and is located in room 913D. 

Priorities in using space

If there are conflicts in using the space (e.g., days/times), the following will be used to determine priority. 

  1. The recording studio will be used under a first come first serve basis.
  2. If there are conflicts then the space will be prioritized for those teaching courses during the semester as opposed to those preparing for the next semester.
  3. Max number of hours per week in the studio without prior approval is 3 hours.

Requesting the Film Studio Guidelines

  • Individuals are can fill out the calendar with their name and project. 
  • Please note there is a max of 3 hours per week in the film studio without prior approval. 

  • Preapproval for using the studio over 3 hours per week must be obtained from the Chair.

If you have additional questions please contact the department chair or the front desk. 

Filling Out the Calendar

You can add your project to the calendar below by clicking the "+" in the lower right corner by Google Calendar. Be sure to include the required details. If you are using the lab for more than 3 hours a week please email the department chair for prior approval.
