report problem with instructor

The undergraduate student advisory committee suggested to faculty that undergraduates have difficulty knowing who to inform when they encounter major problems with instructors. If you feel your instructor is failing to meet University standards and/or violating important aspects of the University code, please inform the department faculty by contacting them at:

Please be aware that this email is for important violations of University standards (which are available on the University websites under student handbook and faculty handbook). These include things like failing to show up for classes without notification or reasons, consistently failing to demonstrate reasonable levels of preparation, demonstrable inconsistencies or injustices in grading or accommodations, highly inappropriate behavior in lecture, and so on. Also, please be aware that it may take up to 4 days for a response to your mail.
