Research Interests
My research theme is sexuality, relationships, and health. Autism-related projects include how parents and individuals on the spectrum talk about sex and relationships; sexual satisfaction and health; and a model of autistic traits, romantic relationships, loneliness, and health. Other research includes a mixed methods project on sexting, risk, and personality; and how suppression of sexual arousal affects executive functioning among college students and people charged with sex offenses.
